Why should I learn Ayurveda?
Ayurveda has a holistic approach to individuals wherein it does not differentiate between the body and the mind as they are interrelated an` integrated. So what happens to one influences the other. It also emphasizes on promotive and preventive health care.
However erratic lifestyle, incompatible dietary habits and stress are some of the factors that lead to an imbalance of doshas (subtle dorces) at the mental and physical planes resulting in disease.
Hence by learning ayurveda you can customize the concepts for yourself which will help you restore and maintain the body’s balance.
Ayurveda includes panchakarma therapy, a set of procedures involving massage with herbal oils and decoctions which strike at the root of the disease minimizing the chances of reoccurrence. Ayurveda is now widely practiced and taught as a system of health.
Ayurveda nourishes the body, quiets the mind and engages the spirit, so …. get healthy, happier and creative with Ayurveda.
